Alex is a hypnotherapist and holistic career coach, dedicated to helping people transition to more purposeful work and entrepreneurship.
After experiencing her own journey of burnout and misalignment in education and corporate jobs, Alex found her calling in supporting others to rewire limiting beliefs and create soul-aligned businesses and careers.
With a warm yet powerful presence, Alex guides clients to shed layers of conditioning and societal expectations that have kept them playing small.
Her unique approach combines her background in psychology and hypnotherapy with practical career and business strategy to address both the inner and outer work required for true change.
Alex has a special gift for helping clients identify their true zone of genius and build solid foundations for success.
Kellyn Bechtold
Holistic Career Coach MBA, MPH
Kellyn is a holistic career coach and entrepreneur passionate about helping people find fulfilling work that aligns with their values and true selves.
After years of feeling trapped in traditional corporate jobs, Kellyn broke free to launch her own coaching business focused on empowering others to create kaleidoscopic lives and portfolio careers.
Drawing from her own journey of self-discovery, combined with 12+ years experience working for Founders and CEOs of organizations as an operations specialist and right hand (Chief of Staff, Director of Ops and early on - as Office Manager/EA), Kellyn guides clients to uncover their unique gifts, talents and callings. Her intuitive yet practical approach blends deep self-exploration with high-level business strategy.
Kellyn believes that when we have the courage to show up authentically, everything else falls into place.
